I really like my psychology degree, but at the same time I would like to change some things about it. For example, the contents that have been passed to us I consider that those of the second year are much more interesting than those of the first year. One of the changes that could be made is the introduction that is made in the first year, I would like it to be more associated to the psychology career, since the contents were very general.
As for the workload, this is mainly due to the readings of each subject, which add up over the weeks, although it has already been raised it would be good to be able to lower the amount of readings or divide them in the weeks to be able to arrive with each one.
On the other hand, the faculty and its infrastructure has much to improve and due to the pandemic this has become even more complicated, we have classes with 120 people and many times you can't hear well in the back of the room, also the canteen has very few implements and they don't offer food or options.
Finally, the teaching methods would be much better if instead of teaching with the old method, I mean a teaching where a teacher teaches from a blackboard to many students totally different the same contents, when according to my perspective it should be through practices and sessions where you can experience and learn those contents through it.
I still consider that the subjects of the first year are more general but I consider that they are like that to be able to "flatten" the ground before being able to work
